1 (5-7 lb) pork roast
1/4 cup Maple Balsamic
1 tbsp. Yellow Mustard
1 tbsp. of garlic OO
½ tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
½ tsp white pepper
Mix spicies,
balsamic, and mustard together and pour over pork. Drizzle with garlic olive
oil and refrigerate 24 hours prior to cooking.
Preheat oven to 300F. Put the pork in a roasting pan and bake for 6
hours. Bake until is falls apart or the thermometer registers 170 Degrees F in
the thickest part of the meat.
For Sauce:
mix balsamic, mustard and 1 tsp of oil. Once meat is shredded, pour over meat
and serve.
