Truffle Burger


Truffle Burgers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 TBSP red onion, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp Bluff Cove's Kitchen Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Bluff Cove's White Truffle Oil
Preheat grill to medium. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Break mixture into 4 equal pieces and form burgers. Place in the fridge until ready to cook.

Grill burgers for 4-5 minutes each side for medium-rare. Add swiss cheese the last minute of cooking.

You can compliment your patties with sautéed mushrooms, and arugula.
