Cinnamon Pear & Wild Mushroom Chicken Kabobs

Chicken Kabobs
  • 1 Lb chicken breast cubed
  • 1 Large Red Bell Pepper 
  • 1 Zucchini cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 1 Yellow Onion cut into wedges
  • 1 Pack Small Portobello Peppers (Washed & Cleaned)
  • Wild Mushroom OO 
  • Cinnamon Pear
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • Sea Salt and Pepper
Marinade: Combine 2 Tbsps. Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil with 1/4 cup Cinnamon Pear Balsamic. Add 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp sea salt (we like using our Kitchen Blend) and a dash of pepper. Mix well.
Directions: Marinate chicken in 2/3's of the marinade for 6 hours. Marinate the veggies in the rest for just as long.
  • Preheat the grill medium heat
  • Thread the chicken, peppers, onion, zucchini and mushrooms onto skewers alternately
  • Place kabobs on the preheated grill
  • Cook, turning frequently for about 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear
