Chicken Kabobs
- 1 Lb chicken breast cubed
- 1 Large Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Zucchini cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 Yellow Onion cut into wedges
- 1 Pack Small Portobello Peppers (Washed & Cleaned)
- Wild Mushroom OO
- Cinnamon Pear
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- Sea Salt and Pepper
Marinade: Combine 2 Tbsps. Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil with 1/4 cup Cinnamon Pear Balsamic. Add 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp sea salt (we like using our Kitchen Blend) and a dash of pepper. Mix well.
Directions: Marinate chicken in 2/3's of the marinade for 6 hours. Marinate the veggies in the rest for just as long.
- Preheat the grill medium heat
- Thread the chicken, peppers, onion, zucchini and mushrooms onto skewers alternately
- Place kabobs on the preheated grill
- Cook, turning frequently for about 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear
