Chicken Noodle Homemade Soup
  • 1 lb. Chicken Breast or Thighs
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Chopped White Onion
  • 4 Cans Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tbsp Bluff Cove's Traditional Balsamic
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Carrots Chopped
  • 1 Cup Celery Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Bluff Cove's Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 package Pasta Mamas Fresh Pasta*
In a Slow Cooker, add garlic olive oil. Place chicken on top of oil and salt. Add chicken broth and everything else EXCEPT pasta. Turn slow cooker on to low heat for 6-8 hours. You can cook at high for 4-5 hours. 30 minutes prior to serving, add the pasta mamas. Chicken should be easily shredded with a fork.  Also, make sure pasta is fully cooked before serving.

*If you are watching your carbs, you can omit the pasta. It still is amazing!
