Blood Orange Almond Bars
2/3 cups flaked almonds
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1 1/4 cup of coconut flour
1/4 Bluff Cove Blood Orange EVOO
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp Bluff Cove Vanilla Balsamic
Directions
In a bowl, mix the almond flour with fine coconut flour. Pour in the Blood Orange EVOO and coconut cream. Then add the vanilla balsamic. If mixture seems too dry, add a few tablespoons of water. Next, add the almond flakes. Mix well and place in a square baking dish with lined parchment paper. Press the batter firmly to cover the whole surface and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. After the batter seems firm, remove from fridge and place batter on a cutting board. Cut into equal pieces and enjoy!
