Tasty Spaghetti Sauce
Sautee beef over medium heat till browned. (Salt lightly each added ingredient throughout process.) Add tomato paste, chopped onion, minced garlic, and both balsamic vinegars, and let brown. Drain fat and return to low heat. Add two cans of tomato sauce, chopped squash and zucchini, and Italian seasoning. Bring sauce mix to a boil and return to simmer covered for about 30 minutes. Add Only stir occasionally. (Do not play with your food:)) Once your sauce is cooked, finish with a teaspoon of Basil EVOO and lightly mix in. Cook your spaghetti sauce as directed. This recipe makes enough for two pouches of spaghetti. Once pasta is cooked, serve with spaghetti sauce and ENJOY!
- 2 cans Organic Tomato Sauce

- 1/2 White Onion
- 1 crooked neck yellow squash
- 1 medium size zucchini
